Returns
You can return your product within a 14 days of receiving the shipment. 
Only unused items, in the same condition as you received them will be accepted.
The item must be in its original packaging and with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 
For online purchases - refunds are possible within 2 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Israeli customers protection law. 
Once your return is received and inspected and found in tact we will contact you and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
